Raffle Terms & Conditions

This raffle is conducted by the Arizona Golf Association, a nonprofit organization exempt under IRC §501(c)(4) (“Sponsor”).

  • Eligibility: Open to Arizona residents age 18 or older. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Tickets: Tickets are $10 or $20 each based on prize. All sales are final. No refunds.
  • Raffle Period & Drawing: Tickets available from 1/22/2026 to 1/30/2026. Drawing held on 1/30/2026 at 5pm via online raffle selection tool.
  • Prizes: Prizes are awarded by random drawing. Odds of winning depend on number of tickets sold. Winners need not be present to win.
  • Use of Proceeds: Proceeds benefit the mission and programs of the Sponsor.
  • Taxes: Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
  • Compliance: This raffle is conducted in accordance with Arizona law. No officer, director, member, or agent of the Sponsor receives a financial benefit from the raffle other than participation on the same basis as the public.
  • Liability: By entering, participants release the Sponsor from all liability related to participation or prize use.
  • Governing Law: All matters governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
