The quick and easy way for your members to join your club.

2025 OJR ACTIVATION FORM

Calendar Year Clubs (Jan 1-Dec 31) are required to complete an ONLINE JOIN/RENEW form annually.

Revolving Year Clubs (365 days from registration) only need to inform AZ GOLF of any changes that need to be made.

  • This 2025 Online Join/Renew form must be submitted by September 6th to guarantee October 1st activation.

  • Clubs that submit this form after September 6th will be updated and activated in the order received.

ACH DIRECT DEPOSIT AUTHORIZATION

ACH Direct Deposit information is required if you opt to have AZ GOLF collect dues on your club's behalf and do not already have this information on file with AZ GOLF.

 
 

IMPORTANT DATES

Online registration will be turned off (excludes revolving clubs)

October 1st

Online registration opens for 2025 membership
