SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.AZ GOLF is proud to welcome five driven and talented individuals — Andrew Vinci, McKinley Burnett, Reid Chamberlin, Grace Garner, and Hannah Tippy — as our 2025 USGA P.J. Boatwright Interns. Each will play a vital role supporting Marketing & Communications, Analytics, Championships and Membership teams while gaining experience in the world of golf administration.

The P.J. Boatwright Internship, established by the USGA in 1991, is a program aimed at developing future leaders in the game of golf. It provides young professionals with real-world experience working within golf associations nationwide in support of amateur golf. Interns are selected not only for their passion for the game, but also their potential to make a lasting impact, both during their internships and in their careers that follow. This program helps support AZ GOLF’s mission by fostering the career growth of individuals eager to engage and support the Arizona community through the game of golf.

The P.J. Boatwright Internship program has kickstarted the careers of more than 3,000 individuals, with many alumni continuing to work in leadership positions in golf administration both regionally and nationally.
